Hello, I am Lauren Whiting, a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and qualified Nurse. I provide professional sports massage therapy and deep tissue massage in East Sussex for those suffering with muscular aches, pain or tension and for those who are recovering from an injury or suffering with reduced range of movement or flexibility.

I am a fully qualified sports massage therapist based at the Bexhill Leisure Centre, in the heart of Bexhill-On-Sea. I have a professional and comfortable treatment room from which I provide the general public with relaxing, therapeutic and deep tissue massage treatments - to ease muscular tension or aid recovery after an injury.

My priority is to get you back into doing what you enjoy as soon as possible!
